4. PlanPros Insider Circle Subscription Terms

By subscribing to the PlanPros Insider Circle program, you agree to a 30-day free trial period, after which you will be automatically charged a $49 subscription fee every 30 days unless canceled. The first charge will occur at the end of the free trial, and subsequent charges will recur every 30 days thereafter. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your PlanPros account, navigating to “Account” → “Subscription,” and selecting the cancel option. No refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid, including partial billing periods upon cancellation. By subscribing, you authorize PlanPros to charge your selected payment method according to these terms unless and until you cancel.

5. Limitations

In no event shall PlanPros.ai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PlanPros.ai’ Internet site, even if PlanPros.ai or a PlanPros.ai authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of PlanPros.ai’ proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited, and Promoter will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

Any claim relating to PlanPros.ai’ web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
